Communication

Access to the internet must be guaranteed

The development of the World Wide Web has already progressed so far that the exclusion from the internet is no longer compatible with freedom of information and freedom of expression.

Communication in virtual space needs ethical standards

Just our everyday communication is based on certain norms and rules, such as truthfulness, trust and reliability, these rules must also applied to digital communication as that without functioning ethical norms digital communication will erode.

On does not communicate with virtual identities

Algorithms control the "communication behavior" of virtual identities such as chatbots. Thus they not "intend" anything with their "statements" and we do not communicate with them.

Communication must remain transparent

Mails or letters which were written by softwares systems who give the illusion of having been written by a human employee must avoided. Communication is not possible without transparency ensuring reliable personal contacts between the company and customers.
